Fast & Simple Salad Dressing

This avocado oil dressing will elevate even the most basic of salads. ???????????? With the perfect level of acidity and sweetness, it’s ready in minutes!

Ingredients

2 tsp Dijon mustard
4 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup Grove Avocado Oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

Whisk together the mustard and vinegar in a bowl. Slowly whisk in a thin stream of avocado oil.
Whisk the mixture until all the ingredients are emulsified. Taste, then season with salt and pepper.
Serve over your favourite green salad and enjoy!
